When we hate...

We have always lived along side hate...
And we always will live along side hate...
But we must beat it back into the shadows--where it belongs.
It doesn't matter the reasons why we hate...when we hate we tear the world apart...
Skin color, tribe, religion, gender, politics, tax bracket, immigration status, personal grievance...pick a label--they are all the same when it comes to the EXCUSES used to hate...and further justify unthinkable actions on said hate-ism.
"We the people" erroneously demand and are given more security for which we have to pay more of our tax dollars and additionally--when given--we LOSE personal freedoms once taken for granted...
Our trust in one another begins to erode...
Hope retreats into the shadows...
And "we the people" lose...
It doesn't matter the injustice you feel--nor whether it is real or perceived...when we hate we tear the world apart...

More security and more government isn't the answer...it never has been and never will be...
Only consider where we are at today with more government and more security than ever before in history.
